I help people feel good.  It's not about perfection, or good and bad food, it's about learning what works for you and your life; feeling confident in your food choices.

I love food.  I love to eat.  I trained at the French Culinary Institute in NYC, I've been a line cook in NYC restaurants, worked on recipes at Martha Stewart Living Magazines and TV.  I am also passionate about Crossfit and a Level 1 Coach.  Putting the two together, I've found tracking Macros or a flexible diet is what works best for me and my goals.

 

Flexible dieting - yup, still uses the word diet, but only to give it a framework within which to work.  No restrictions, no foods are off limits, and you don’t fail!  You learn.  You discover what you need to fuel your life.  Eat whole, real foods not processed ones.  Quality and quantity are what make the difference in how you perform in the gym and in your life, how you sleep, and how you feel. 

 

Macro nutrition coaching is more than a set of numbers, so much more!  It’s about having a support system while you work through self discovery to support the goals you choose.  Could be changing your body composition, could be building muscle, could be having more energy — you are unique and so are your goals.  Can be macros, Keto macros, vegan, vegetarian — all possible.
